Help

Common questions while editing your page.

Why are my changes not showing?

Press Save in the dashboard, then refresh your public page.

Why is my link icon broken?

Use the short icon name only. For example, type instagram, youtube, shop, or heart. Do not include bi-.

What should I put first on my page?

Put the link you care about most at the top: your shop, latest video, portfolio, booking page, or main social account.

What if I do not want a section to show?

Leave optional fields empty, switch the feature off, or hide the section when that option is available.

Can I use GIFs?

Yes. Avatar and banner uploads accept JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF. Background media can also use images, GIFs, MP4, or WEBM depending on the background type you choose.
